Packed full of knowledge, wisdom and practical exercises that you can apply to your everyday training and competitions to raise your game and Make It Happen.
All sessions will be recorded and sent out after each webinar, so if you cannot join live you can re-watch at anytime.

- 14th August - Developing a Winning Mindset, with Charlie Unwin
To be able to perform at your best it is vital that you are in the correct mindset. Join Charlie Unwin, leading performance psychologist, as he explains how nerves work and understand how competence in training affects you in the competition arena. Learn how to manage your comfort, learning and pressure zones; identify your weakness and turn them into strengths; and ultimately tactics and tools you should adopt to perform like a champion.
- 28th August - Developing Your Dressage, with Lisa White
Join International Dressage trainer, Lisa White, to uncover the truth in your training. Explore the importance of positioning and why it is the holy-grail to true self carriage, understand when and how to train vs test, and look at exercises that you should be using at this time of year to keep improving and finish your season on a PB.
- 11th September - Developing Your Showjumping, with Caroline Moore
A mid-season SJ tune up with Caroline Moore, looking at what you need to do to keep confidence levels high and therefore be performing at your best. Discussing exercises you should be using at this time of year, identify weak areas before they become a problem, how to keep training whilst continuing to instil confidence into the horses, and preparing to move up a level safely and successfully.
- 25th September - Developing Effective Aids, with Dee So’oialo
’The difference between champions and most is how they apply their aids’. Improve your understanding of how to create and develop effective aids with Dee So’oialo, recognising your asymmetries and learn how to fix them, upgrade your knowledge of human biomechanics in effort to be able to correctly influence the horses way of going, dissect rider balance and straightness, and how you can become dynamically stable through rider specific strength & conditioning.
- 9th October - Developing Resilience, with Nicola Wilson
An inspirational and motivational evening with Olympic and 5* International Event Rider. Nicola will discuss her winning system and why it works, how you can acknowledge it is a tough game but be prepared to overcome any setback, learn how to adopt a positive attitude towards your training and continue to smile and enjoy the journey.
- 23rd October - Developing Your XC Riding, with Caroline Moore
An evening focused on sharpening up your XC skills and what you need to do in order to achieve more ‘clear inside the time’ runs. We will refresh the correct gears needed for different fence profiles, review good and bad XC riding through video analysis to understand what ‘good’ looks like, stopwatch management, explore Caroline’s principles to successful XC riding, and exercises you should be practising whilst the ground is still good to ensure you can get a step ahead on your preseason preparations.
- 6th November - Developing, and Maintaining, a Winning System, with Ros Canter
‘The hardest thing about being successful, is you have to continue to be successful’. Ros will share how, surprisingly, she naturally does not enjoy riding fast and jumping big fences but how building a system you believe in can give you comfort, safety and the ability to achieve. We will unpick how Ros’ podium mentality has led her to the results she has had, and how you can apply the same principles to your own riding.
- 20th November - Developing Your Winter Plan, with Caroline Moore
An interactive evening reviewing your 2023 season, identifying what went well and which areas need work. We will collectively work through Caroline’s successful and proven Performance Profiling worksheet to structure your winter plan, ensuring you stay motivated and continue to develop your podium mentality through the off-season, setting your 2024 goals and being proactive in working towards them.
The series carries a total of 16 BHS CPD points for coaches - 2 points per webinar.
How it works
Each evening will start at 7pm. You will be sent the zoom invitation on the day of each webinar. All ticket holders will receive a recording of each session so you can watch at your leisure if you cannot join live.
